A very typical breakfast food in Morocco is crepes. Khadija made some for me.
She flattened the dough with her fingers.
Then she put it on a hot pan and sprinkled oil over it.
It cooked on one side.
Then she flipped it and cooked it on the other. These can be eaten with honey, jam, or a host of other toppings. Yummy!!!
